#54: Choosing Happiness

It is the small choices every day that accumulate and help us feel good, or sometimes continue to feel not-so-good. Let us be more intentional about every small choice, and choosing good. Sometimes when we feel down, we struggle with that next choice, and continue to dig a hole, rather than begin the small steps to begin climbing out of the hole, so that we can begin to see the light.
