Exercises In My 40’s, 50’s and Beyond

Exercise is important at all ages, but in my 50’s there are a few things I am sure to include in my workouts. Most importantly, move every day in some way. Self-awareness is huge. Learn to listen to your body and adjust your plan accordingly. Challenge yourself in some way. There is such a power in challenging yourself physically and mentally. Exercise for function and daily life skills. Work on balance, and don’t be scared to sweat, because that in itself is a really good thing!
