Yes, that is right. I need you to help me get back into our routine, or just start a routine, of doing a plank every day. You, me, your kids, spouse, dog if needed, friends, neighbors and anyone else you know that needs to start planking. I need it, and I bet you could use it too. Yes, plank into the holidays, on the holidays and right into the New Year. This time of year gets tough and for some reason, exercise seems to fall to the wayside. I have been thinking a lot lately about how I need to try harder to keep some type of routine. No matter how hard we try, somehow our daily, healthy choices (the little things that really matter) drop off. I can preach about them to others, and also forget to do them myself. Drinking enough water, doing planks, stretching, smiling, resting, being patient, forgiving, hugging, writing, tweeting….and you get the idea.
