MIND and SOUL
Just for the mind and soul today, it is time to find what fills your soul. This is different for all of us, so you have to determine what makes YOU feel good. I want you to take time to think about this.
What is something you enjoy doing? What is something that makes you feel good?
Maybe it is an activity you used to do, but stopped. Maybe it is an activity that you have always wanted to do, but never took the time to try.
Think creative. Think simple. Think about just YOU.
What does your heart desire?
Read. Paint. Sail. Bike ride. Play an instrument. Write. Cook. Horseback riding. Sculpting. Gardening. Draw. Start a business.
So many options. It can be more than one thing. Think about it and start adding it to your life. Even if it is only once a month. Start.
Your soul needs it. This is so important for your health and the balance of life.
A great book is Big Magic, Creative Living Beyond Fear by Liz Gilbert.
Think about it and go do it.
Whatever is good for YOUR soul…do that.
