Join My Summer Accountability Group

With summer upon us, we have long days, lots of spontaneous fun and crazy schedules. I love the laid back, no schedule summer, but there always comes a time when I start wishing for a bit more structure and schedule. I just don’t want that summer time feeling to completely go away. So this summer, I am going to add a bit more accountability to myself and my health and my goals. I would love for you to join me. Then, when the summer comes to a close, I am going to do my best to keep a bit of care free, laid back, spontaneous fun in my life.

For now, I am inviting you to come along with me in my accountability group. Throughout the summer, my posts will be geared toward health and fitness tips, encouragement, and soul searching, which is what I write mostly about now, but this will come at the beginning of each week. There will be weekly goals to focus on, and everyday choices to work on to improve our whole self. This will be more than just fitness and nutrition. This will be going deep into ourselves, our hearts, souls and minds to truly work to become our best selves and feel our absolute best. The thing is, taking care of our whole self…body, mind, spirit and soul, is what helps to keep us in our best place possible. Yes, we all fall off, have bad days, get down on ourself, and feely yucky sometimes. No matter what, the highs and lows will come, but when you nurture your whole self as often as possible, it helps you stay stronger inside and out to feel the best that you can. Why not try? Together is better.
