Live the Life

Live the Life

For the weekend, here is one more excerpt from my 30 day journey of motivation and encouragement. This is from day 26. I am working with my very busy IT department to have my entire 30 day journey available. Hoping that will be in the next week. 😉

And so she decided to start living the life she imagined….Of all the things you can have in life, good health is at the top of my list. You can’t buy it. You can’t be sure that you will have it forever. You don’t know if one day it will change. Regardless of what I do each day to take care of myself, I won’t ever have complete control over my health.

But in order to be the best that I can be, I have to control my choices. So I choose for today, and every day, to take good care of my mental and physical health. I know that my choices affect my strength, my attitude, my mind, my health, my body, my emotions and how I will feel on any given day.

I want to love and respect my body and mind, and make good choices as to what I put in my body and how I fill up my mind and my soul. I want to make good choices as to what I surround myself with. Yes, my overall health includes my body, mind and soul. So for today…

I want to live a life feeling as good as possible.

I want to live my life being brave and feeling strong.

I want to live my life being me…like really being me.

I want to live my life loving myself and those around me.

I want to live my life filling up my soul with good stuff.

I want to live my life surrounding myself with who and what fills me up.

I want to live my life being creative, open-minded and welcoming.

I want to live my life with a healthy mind and attitude each day.

I want to live my life searching and finding joy and happiness.

I want to live my life encouraging others to be their best.

I want to live my life inspiring others to try their best.

I want to live my life. Yes, I want to LIVE my life….not just watch it pass by.

I want to live my life to the fullest…the absolute fullest….and YOU should too.

To paraphrase John F. Kennedy…Do not pray for an easier life. Pray to be a stronger woman.

Thank you for reading and enjoy your weekend!
