In this episode, we chat about how we sabotage ourselves when we think we always have to be “all in”, and why moderation is what works for the long haul.
Many of us feel like we are on rollercoasters of taking care of ourselves. We are either taking care of ourselves…or we are not. The 80/20 rule can help you create a healthier lifestyle and stop depriving yourself. We have to change the conversation in our head to help our habits and choices. We look at our mindset and expectations for ourselves, and how mini-goals and mini-habits will help change your lifestyle.
We will identify our goal and find a trigger to help us follow through each day, and why you should reward yourself. I want you to break your goals down into mini-goals, and start small to help make it stick. This week, we are challenging each other to just move in some way every day for at least 5-10 minutes.
