How do you Feel Today?

How do you Feel Today?

So many people I talk to really do not feel that good. They are tired. They have no energy. This muscle aches. That muscle aches. Many of them complain about their back. But what do they do? Many people I talk to just complain. They do not really want to go through the hoops they need to, to fix their problem. I just do not understand. Why would they not want to feel better? I want to feel good. I just can not accept not feeling well. Get to the bottom of it. Ask the right questions. Ask the right people. There are options out there. For example, Vitamin D. I tell so many of my friends to get their Vitamin D checked. Years ago, my bones ached, I was tired, depressed and just did not feel good at all. I told my doctor to find out what was wrong. Do more tests please. Please figure it out. He finally did, and found that my Vitamin D and B12 were super low. I know it is not always this simple, but you never know. Regular bloodwork does not test for these vitamins unless you ask. Yes…you HAVE to ask. Ridiculous right? It can be VERY common for many people to be low, but why check? This is the stuff that makes me crazy. You also have to make sure that they code it correctly too, or you will have to pay a ridiculous amount for it. So confirm that your doc knows that too. I know…crazy. But, it pays off if you are low in either of these vitamins. So if you are feeling tired, depressed, achey….the tip for the day is to get these vitamins checked. It is worth the appointment. Here is an article that gives some good information about the Power of Vitamin D.

Take care of yourself. Do not accept NOT feeling good. Life is too short.

Enjoy today,

Kelley
