5 Ways You Can Practice Gratitude

There are several ways to practice gratitude. Here are 5 different ways that I use to practice gratitude.

  1. In the morning in my journal I write down three full sentences.
  2. Keep a notebook with an ongoing list.

  4. Take a gratitude walk.
  5. Say 3 things you are grateful for from the day before bed.
