Giving Hands this Season ????
We need your help friends! This holiday season, my kids and I, and friends, are collecting donations for Matthew’s Hope Ministries, which is a local non-profit organization that started in 2010 to help people move from homelessness to a life of independence and self-sustainability. We would love for you to join us in any way you can. Reach out to me and I will send you the list of items they could use at this time. We are delivering all donations on Friday, December 14th, and if you are local, we can come to you to pick up donations. If you are not local, they are collecting gift cards as well, if you want to contribute. Please just reply to this email and I would love to send you more information. Challenge your Plank
We are still planking! You are with us right? If you have fallen off, just start again today. I have given you a few options, with the regular forearm plank, side forearm plank, or modified on the knees if needed. If you are doing good with this, have made a minute consistently, and are feeling stronger, I am working on a new challenge for you, when you are ready. I will send it to you this week. Get ready!
This month I recommend The 5 Second Rule, by Mel Robbins. I also suggest you follow her on Instagram, or another outlet. She is positive, encouraging and no-nonsense. I just love her and I loved the book. Need a push…she will give it to YOU.
