#1: Time to Show Up for Your Whole Self

In this very first episode, you will get to know a bit about me and my goal with this podcast, and why I want to reach as many moms as possible. How I learned that exercise and eating good is not the complete answer to feeling our best. When my health plummeted, and what began my journey to feeling better. Why I am passionate about helping you to start showing up for yourself, and taking time to take care of you. I know that simple choices done consistently will change your days.

After having two kids, I did not feel my best, and I had to learn a new way of taking care of myself. I had to put myself and my health first, so that I could feel my best for myself, and be my best for everyone else in my life. I started with creating a morning routine, and this practice has slowly changed how I feel, and how I show up every day. I want to help you begin to create your own morning routine for what will make you feel your best.

Your morning routine can change your day and how you feel, and begin to change the direction of your life. We challenge each other this week to find time for yourself every morning. Download my Daily Motivation Plan and use it to jump-start your morning routine.

This is the book I recommended in the podcast. It is one of my favorites, even though I said the wrong title in my excitement. 🙂 The Gifts of Imperfection, by Brene’ Brown.

Here is our quote for the week. You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine. ~John C. Maxwell.
