#176 Stop Overcomplicating Your Health

We get overwhelmed by all of the options, social media posts, supplements and more. This year I want you to change your mindset and change your habits, one small choice at a time. More of the good stuff, and less of the bad. Little by little. Over and over again.

Challenge: Find one or two choices that you can focus on this week, to just be better than you were yesterday.
