It is possible to change how you are feeling right now, but you have to move, and redirect your focus. We really can control our mood and how we are feeling. There are two things that can help. Change your physiology, meaning stand up, walk outside, sit up straight, take a deep breath, or move in some other way. Second, change your focus. This is one of your powers. You “get” to control this.
