To continue our kindness challenge this week, we are going to keep finding opportunities to encourage others.
Look around to see who you can give some love and encouragement to this week.
Some ideas:
- Bake cookies or take treats to the local fire or police station.
- Visit an elderly neighbor, friend or family member.
- Check on a friend you haven’t heard from in awhile.
- Bake cookies for a neighbor.
- Send a handwritten note by mail to someone.

Challenge for This Month
The goal of each monthly challenge is to help us change one habit at a time to feel our best.
Simple habits. Simple changes. One at a time. Make time every day to tap into your soul and fill yourself up.
This month we are working on drinking half our weight in water every day.

Recommendation
To go along with one of the FREE resources I shared with you above, I am constantly recommending the Foam Roller to my friends and clients. The Foam Roller downloads above are fun and challenging exercises on the foam roller, but I most love it for the therapeutic massage it can do on our tight muscles. I promise you, we all need it. Sometimes it feels good, and sometimes not so much. Here is an article I wrote last year that tells more about these benefits, and shows you how to use it.
