#171 Save Your Energy

Energy is so precious, and it is what helps me make most decisions. Know yourself. Know when you are depleted. Know when you need filling. Nobody knows this but you.

This is a truly individual thing. We are all different.

Give yourself permission. Be proud of yourself for knowing and being that aware.

Stop explaining. Retelling the story. Still talking about the drama. Solve it. Accept it. Endure it. Learn from it. Grow from it.

This week I read this quote and it resonated…

“Don’t throw good energy at a negative situation. Let it go.” – Rachel Macy Stafford’s sister, Rebecca

Challenge: Pay attention to where your energy goes this week.

Resources: Prayer. Rest. Boundaries. Movement.
