How we use our energy is as important, if not more than, how we use our time. What is considered good energy, and what energy can drain you? What lifts you up and what brings you down? Start paying attention to what you are letting into your life, and how it is affecting you, your mood, your happiness, how productive you are and your relationships. Remember…if something is on your plate, you put it there.
