#120: Start with what is easy with habit stacking

Here’s why I love habit stacking. Taking care of our health is overwhelming. Too many options, opinions, fads, diets, gadgets, and advice from everyone. This can leave us stuck, and not doing anything to improve our health. Just start. Start with what seems easy and possible. Take the walk. Drink more water. Get up earlier. Pick the one thing that you think you can accomplish and start.

Challenge: Start one new habit this week. Whatever seems easiest.
