#62: You can be kind and still say NO

It is time to practice saying no. Stay in charge of what fills your time and energy this week. Don’t let the worldly distractions steal your joy, or your faith in your purpose. Be on your guard as to what is most important to you, and remember you always have a choice.

I’m glad you’re here.
Life gets noisy. Between family, work, responsibilities, our health, and everything competing for our attention, it’s easy to lose sight of what matters most.

My hope is to help you slow down, take care of your health, strengthen your faith, and live with a little more intention and courage.

Start your week with Sunday Courage.
Every Sunday, I’ll send you a short note to help you pause, reset, and make one intentional choice for the week ahead.
