My mission is to help as many people as possible feel better, take better care of themselves, and make better choices. I have wanted to create this challenge for a long time and I am excited it is finally here.

I made sure the actions are simple, to help you get going. It doesn’t need to be complicated. Just start moving for goodness sakes!!


Encouragement this Week

I have realized over the years that no matter how much I want something, nothing happens until I actually do something about it. We talk about it, complain about it, offer up excuses about it, worry what others will think about it, but don’t actually “DO” something about it…because, we don’t feel like actually doing something about it.  This is a common theme with lots of us, and you can probably see it in at least one part of your life.

This can be becoming healthier, losing weight, wanting a new job, wanting to start a business, write a book, or start a 30 day challenge (like I finally just did) and the list goes on.

I have realized that most of us, are never going to actually “feel” like doing it. You want to feel better, but you keep making the same choices every day. You want a new job, but just keep complaining about your job every day. You have all these exciting ideas in your head, and that is where they stay.

Listen…you are not going to feel like doing it, but you have to. YOU have to take action today toward what YOU want. This is only about YOU. It can not be about what others will think, because that will ALWAYS stop you.

YOU have to just take ONE step today, and every day from now, to move toward what YOU want. Do it. Just do it. Don’t think too long. When you decide what you will do (what is the first thing that comes to your mind), you have to take an action within 5 seconds. Do it. Write it down. Tell someone you are going to do it. Schedule it. Just take action.

Challenge

Last week we challenged ourselves to rest. This week I am challenging you to take action. Take action every single day and do at least one thing to go after what you want. Every day action to move closer to what you want. Better health, dream job, better relationship…whatever it is, move toward it, one choice at a time.

Start today. Do one thing every single day to get what you want. It is time for YOU to run the day and start moving toward what you truly want.
