Welcome to a new week that YOU get a chance to make some good choices for your health, your mind and your body. You get to choose YOUR vibes… so do your best to choose good. 🙂

One of my recommendations this month was the foam roller. I created several resources for you that are free to download on my site, and they will give you a variety of exercises on the roller. I also wanted to share a video that shows how you can roll on the foam roller to help relieve muscle tension and tightness. It is amazing and can truly help if you do it safely and carefully. Forward and share this with a friend that could benefit from this.

Challenge Reminder for This Month

This month we are working on drinking half our weight in water every day. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs, you should drink at least 75 ounces of water each day, and more if you are sweating a bunch or exercising that day.

Water Tips:

  1. Have a designated cup at home, or work, each day for water, and refill it immediately when you empty it.
  2. Have a cup that you can take with you everywhere you go. ALWAYS have water with you.
  3. Drink at least one glass when you first wake up, before coffee or anything else.
  4. Add lemon, mint, or fruit for an extra flavor in your water.
  5. If you need to drink 8 cups of water each day, put 8 rubber bands around your water cup and take one off each time you drink a cup. This will help you keep track.
  6. Drink up!!
