The One Habit That Shifted My Life

There are many habits that helped me to get out of my hole of overwhelm and sadness, but this one habit truly made the biggest impact and still does today. How I start my day is extremely important to how my day goes. It affects my mood, productivity, interaction with others, and my stress level. This was, and still is one of my favorite habits to change my life and get out of a really dark place in my life.
