#225 Clean Out Who You Follow This Week

What you follow every day matters more than you think. The accounts, shows, and content you consume are shaping your thoughts, your mood, and your energy – often without you even realizing it.

In this episode, we talk about the importance of cleaning out who and what you follow. Not everything deserves your time, attention, or mental space. Some things inspire and uplift you, while others create comparison, negativity, distraction, or overwhelm.

It’s time to be honest about what’s affecting you and take action.

This week, challenge yourself to unfollow 5 – 10 accounts, remove content that drains you, and create space for what truly supports your growth, peace, and purpose.

Less noise. More clarity. More peace.

Today’s reminder:
You are allowed to protect your energy. Be intentional with what you allow into your life.

I’m glad you’re here.
Life gets noisy. Between family, work, responsibilities, our health, and everything competing for our attention, it’s easy to lose sight of what matters most.

My hope is to help you slow down, take care of your health, strengthen your faith, and live with a little more intention and courage.
