#8: Social Media Health

This is how I went from not liking social media, to learning how to set boundaries, enjoy, be inspired, and create lasting connections through social media. I created my own discipline, and learned how to change my feed for the better, and wasting less time on endless scrolling. There is so much good, but there can also be a downside for some of us. Let us all become more aware of how it makes us feel, and make a change if needed. It should be making us feel good and helping us. You are not alone if it isn’t making you feel good. Join me to re-evaluate your relationship with social media. Our challenge this week is to take a break from social media.
