#41: Do your own personal work

In this episode, we chat about finding one thing each week to focus on, and be more intentional about. This has helped me over the last few years to be in the moment more, feel less stress, and more in control of my days. Do I still have challenging days? Yes. But, I have more tools in my tool box to help me bounce back a bit easier, and handle the daily struggles a bit better.
