#21: It is Ok to not be Ok

Bad days and feeling down can come and go. We don’t want to stay in that place too long, but it is also up to us to start making simple choices to get out of it and feel better. Accepting ourselves, being kind to ourselves, and making small, good choices over and over can help us to feel better and get out of our funk easier every time.

Just remember, there is nobody better to do you, be you, or live your life. Embrace it.
